NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-008064-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD R. CRESSWELL A/K/A RICHARD CRESSWELL; KRISTEN B. CRESSWELL A/K/A KRISTIN B. CRESSWELL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 8 day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, J.F. GIRARD'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
