NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-007662-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of DECEMBER 2016, at 10:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Unit No. 711, Building 7, of Arbor Grove, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14909, Page 1389, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
