NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-ca-001325 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Colleen J. Terrell a/k/a Colleen Terrell are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101-F, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGES 13-18 INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 14-17 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED 5/2/79 IN O.R. BOOK 4848, PAGE 1456, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 79071323, AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION FILED 11/20/80 IN O.R. BOOK 5110, PAGE 297, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 80186330, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS, APPURTENANT THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
