NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 16-004601-CI in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, Block “C”, SUNNY VIEW SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 23, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 a.m. on February 6, 2017.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
