NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015-CA-009468-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AM1 is the Plaintiff and Jamar Phillip a/k/a Jamar Phillips; Josanne N. Motilalsingh a/k/a Josanne Motilalsingh; Orlando Investors Land Trust; CitiMortgage, Inc.; Piedmont Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 19th day of December, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 321, PIEDMONT LAKES PHASE THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
