Final Judgment was awarded on July 14, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2016CA000591000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and BREE SCARANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BREE SCARANO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR GB HOME EQUITY, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 NKA ANTHONY SCARNO; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 NKA PETE SCARNO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
