NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 04, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-001239-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and KYLEE H. CHUCKRY A/K/A KYLEE CHUCKRY A/K/A KYLEE HILL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, MERRIAM HEIGHTS, an unrecorded Subdivision, lying in Section 18, Township 29 South, Range 24 East, being described as: The West 100 feet of the East 300 feet of the West 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Less the North 525 feet, more or less, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
