Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 14, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
SITE 18, PELICAN BAY, UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 31 AND 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 812 WILLOWWOOD LANE, NAPLES, FL 34108; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on December 15, 2016 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
