NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-005581-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and BRENDA L. GOLDEN; ANTHONY GOLDEN; LAKEVILLE OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on November 1, 2016 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 76, SOMERSET AT LAKEVILLE OAKS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 108, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Cburt within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
