NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Florida, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
Condominium Unit No. 212-1228, of BELMONT AT PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium and the exhibits annexed thereto and forming a part thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 8371, Page 1424, et seq., and as it may be amended of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida. The above description includes, but is not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium unit above described, including the undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.orange.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on November 2, 2016.
