NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015CA005398AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N,A is the Plaintiff and KARSON L WEAVER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARSON L WEAVER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE HOLLOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT A-11, THE HOLLOWS CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1111 , PAGES 257-316, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 18, PAGES 58-63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
