Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 21, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on September 19, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10, AND THE EAST 38.7 FEET OF LOT 11, BLOCK D, MANATEE HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 2521 9TH AVE. E., BRADENTON, FL 34208-3024
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on October 20, 2016, beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
