NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
IN THE COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CIVIL ACTION
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on October 27, 2016, at eleven o' clock, a.m. in the lobby, on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit No. 92-C, Building 1022, Phase I of the COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 963, Page 809, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 4211 22nd Ave SW., Unit 92-C, S.W., Naples, FL 34116
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
