NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated the 27 day of September, 2016 entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 11-2012-CA-001878-0001-XX, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the public sale, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on OCTOBER 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, COQUINA SANDS, UNIT NO. 2, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 53 AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
