NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1 day of AUGUST, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15ca01020, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA N.A. (SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK N.A.), AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-2 MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN WHITE A/K/A BRIAN K. WHITE JACQUELINE M. WHITE FRANK E. O'BRIEN NANCY K. O'BRIEN LAUREI GREENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; and CYPRESS WOODS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 27 day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 203, BUILDING 47, IN LAUREL GREENS III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3739, PAGE 2803, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
