NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2016, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000158-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER V. ROTHERMEL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER V. ROTHERMEL; BOCA PALMS OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWHEQ, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-S6; NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK D, BOCA PALMS OF NAPLES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 67 AND 68, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
