NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in 11-2015-CA-000051-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-HE2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and MITZELDA DE LA ROSA ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MITZELDA DE LA ROSA A/K/A MITZELDA DELAROSA N/K/A JUAN CARLOS; ROBERTO TAMAYO; BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY ; ACTION IMMIGRATION BONDS AND INSURANCE SERVICES, INC. ; EQUABLE ASCENT FINANCIAL, LLC F/K/A HILCO RECEIVABLES LLC; CFNA RECEIVABLES (MD), INC. F/K/A CITIFINANCIAL, INC. are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 27, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
