FLEMING A/K/A DOROTHY L. FLEMING; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

SUB-DIVISION OF R. R. RIGHT-OF-WAY, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA AND HICKORY STREET WEST OF HARTSELL AVE. PER CITY OF LAKELAND ORDINANCE NO. 865, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 895, PAGE 579, SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
