Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2016 and entered in Case No: 15-CA-2529 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and RICK S. DEVEREUX, et al. are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 11, Block A, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY, Unit 1, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 75, Pages 51-68 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
