Condominium Unit D, Building 4, CHATEAU VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM III, Phase I, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Chateau Village Condominium III as recorded in Official Record Book 1232, Page 643, amended in Official Record Book 1233, Page 1721, Official Record Book 1242, Page 1288, Official Record Book 1248, Page 168, Official Record Book 1252, Page 1772, Official Record Book 1310, Page 1385, Official Record Book 1765, Page 1475, Official Record Book 2044, Page 1037, Official Record Book 2048, Page 1029 and subsequent amendments thereto, and as shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, pages 90 through 92 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy to your written defenses, if any, to this action on Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones, PLLC, attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 2727 West Cypress Creek Road, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before or immediately thereafter, 11/7/16 otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
