NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 24, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA001425 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SD1, is Plaintiff and ROBERT W. NESBITT, ET AL. are defendant(s), the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on NOVEMBER 2, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 194, CYPRESS LAKES UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 100 THROUGH 102, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Property Address: 8435 Aukari Ct., New Port Richey, Florida 34653 (the “Property”); including the buildings, mobile homes, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein;
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THIS SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
