NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA003578CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., is the Plaintiff and SAMUEL BAEZ; ELENI RAMOS FKA JENNIFER ELENI BAEZ AKA JENNIFER BAEZ; TIERRA DEL SOL HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of NOVEMBER, 2016, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
