NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 14 September, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000764-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-12N, is the Plaintiff and David E. Figueroa, Unknown Parties, the Names Being Fictitious to Account for Parties in Possession, And Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 3rd of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
