NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001317 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Darren W. Steinbook a/k/a Darren Steinbook; Unknown Spouse of Darren W. Steinbook a/k/a Darren Steinbook; JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 347, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 71 AND 71A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
