NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiffs Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated on September 22, 2016, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001596 NC in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and FREDERICK GUENTHER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on October 28, 2016.
