NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 005264 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-5 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GARY M. MUENCH; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BAHAMA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 18, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
