NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Cross-Claim Plaintiff, TATUM RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.'s, Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I for Foreclosure and as to Count II for Damages entered in the above styled Case Number 2013 CA 005096 NC, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 3, Block H of TATUM RIDGE, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 40, Page(s) 49, 49A-49J, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on OCTOBER 28, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
