NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2016, and entered in CASE NO. 2014-CA-005558 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2015-1 is the Plaintiff and RITA STAPLES A/K/A RITA R. STAPLES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RITA STAPLES A/K/A RITA R. STAPLES; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 26th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 25, BLOCK 1705, 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16 AT PAGES 3, 3A THROUGH 3M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. PROPERTY ADDRESS: 8333 ATMORE AVENUE, NORTH PORT, FL 34287.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
