NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-001999 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-PR1 Trust, is the Plaintiff and Liberty Savings Bank, F.S.B., Unknown Party #1 NKA Laura Walton, Unknown Party #2 NKA Greg Walton, Unknown Party #3 NKA Triston Hill, Unknown Party #4 NKA Nathaniel Walton, Vesta Snell aka Vesta M. Snell, William E. Snell aka William Snell, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
