NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 9th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 58-2015-CA-004685-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and Alicia Luna, Efrain Garcia, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A John Doe, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Jane Doe, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 3rd day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 20, BLOCK C, OF SHENANDOAH PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
