NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 20, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 005779 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QS18 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS DEVISEES BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF SUSAN A. PERSICHILLO, DECEASED; WELLS FARGO BANK NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA MORTGAGE; STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ROBERT P. BAUER; DENISE A. MADIGAN-BAUER; ANN CEDERHOLM A/K/A ANN M. CEDERHOLM; CAROL ENGLISH A/K/A CAROL LEE ENGLISH; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 31, 2016 at 9:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 150, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 897, PAGES 671 THRU 683, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 47 AND 47-A THRU 47-O, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
