NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
Pursuant to Fla. Stat. §605.0711 and §605.0712(b), AIR FLOW FILTERS, LLC, states that it is has dissolved effective September 23, 2016, and that claims must be presented in writing by mail, in care of its attorney, William C. Price, III, P.A., 522 12th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205. Any claim must state the name and address of the claimant and state the amount and legal basis for the claim. You are further notified that a claim against the company is barred unless an action to enforce the claim is commenced within 4 years after publication of this notice, however, pursuant to Fla. Stat. §605.0711, the deadline for presenting a claim is at least 120 days after the effective date of notice of this claim, that is, by or before February 14, 2017. The dissolved limited liability company may make distributions to other claimants and to the members or transferees of the limited liability company or persons interested without further notice.
