NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2016, and entered in 11-CA-004854 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R7, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1 2005 is the Plaintiff and WAYNE A THYNER; ELAINE L THYNER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ELIZABETH J SAVER; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
