NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-002735 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and HOA PROBLEM SOLUTIONS, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 1506 SEAGULL BAY WAY LAND TRUST DATED: 10/9/2014, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of November, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 9, EDGEWATER AT LAKE BRANDON, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 103, Page(s) 73 through 86, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
