NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2015, and entered in 13-011496-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ALS VII-RVC, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALEXIA M. RINIOS A/K/A ALEXIA RINIOS; EMANUEL J. RINIOS A/K/A EMANUEL RINIOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN BOULAFENTIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VAKINA BOULAFENTIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VICKI RINIOS; BAY 2 BAY AREA HOLDING GROUP, LLC; GREEN TECH TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 01, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
