NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-005458-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Sherry L. Dunn aka Sherry Dunn, The Village at Antigua Homeowners' Association, Inc, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, VILLAGE AT ANTIGUA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGES 37 AND 38, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
