NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 1 July, 2016, and entered in Case No. 13-007007-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Scott Merritts a/k/a Scott S. Merritts, Unknown Spouse of Scott Merritts a/k/a Scott S. Merritts, Angela Spiess, Unknown Spouse of Angela Spiess, Seminole Isle Condominium Association, Inc., Seminole Master Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1, Unknown Tenant #2, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 31st of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
