NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 13, 2016 , and entered in Case No. 522015CA001342XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and JOSEPH ANGELINI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH ANGELINI; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
