Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated September 27, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 16-003420-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYSIDE KEY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS W. QUISH III, individually and as Personal Representave of the Estate of Thomas W. Quish II, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, Block 29, COUNTRYSIDE KEY UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 57, 58 and 59, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of November, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
