YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following property:
THE LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN AND TO THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NUMBER B-19 AND AN UNDIVIDED .21664% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 3665, AT PAGES 870 THROUGH 931, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 45 THROUGH 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 11-7-2016/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
