SHACKELFORD, Deceased, whether said unknown parties claim as unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants, claiming under the said Estate of Burdell M. Abrams, f/k/a Burdell M. Shackelford, Deceased, and all others whom it may concern.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Foreclose a Note and Mortgage on the following property in PINELLAS County, Florida:
LOT 14, Block “E”, LAKE MAGGIORE HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 52, Public Records of Pinellas County, FL.
a/k/a 2400 22nd St., South, St. Petersburg FL 33712
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHELDON L. WIND, ESQUIRE, 412 E Madison St., #1111, Tampa FL 33602, on or before 11-7-, 2016 and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
