NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30th, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-008027 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, formerly known as World Savings Bank, FSB, formerly known as World Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Citibank, National Association, successor in interest to Citibank, N.A., J-H Home Mortgage Rescue, LLC as Trustee under the 12630 Largo Land Trust dated October 4, 2012, Lisa Cole, Pinellas County, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, State of Florida, State of Florida Department of Revenue, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 12630 Largo Land Trust, Unknown Party #1, Unknown Party #2, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 59, BLUE WATER COVE, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81 PAGE 71 THROUGH 73 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
