NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2014-CA-000835 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Robert Weaver A/K/A Robert Verdon Weaver; The Unknown Spouse Of Robert Weaver A/K/A Robert Verdon Weaver; Blackwater Federal Investments Llc, As Trustee Of An Unknown Trust; The Unknown Beneficiaries Of An Unknown Trust; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; Vantage Point Condominium Owners' Association, Inc.; TENANT #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1135, BUILDING 11 OF VANTAGE POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 15234, PAGE 601, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
