IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff and ALVIN JONES SR.; MICHAEL JONES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JONES; JAMES HENRY MARTIN SR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES HENRY MARTIN SR. N/K/A ANN MARTIN; LAVAL MARTIN; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS, II, INC.; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC. are the Defendant(s).
