Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell the real and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT(S) 13, FIRST ADDITION PARADISE ISLAND, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE(S) 22 AND 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
