NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-008740-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein M & T BANK, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM D. CORDRAY, III, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of November, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 3, Block “H”, Coral Heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 71, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 1733 Coral Way, Largo, Florida 33771-4031
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
