NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-007975-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Charles D. Henrichs a/k/a Charles D. Henricks a/k/a Charles Daryl Henrichs a/k/a Charles Henrichs; Unknown Spouse of Charles D. Henrichs a/k/a Charles D. Henricks a/k/a Charles Daryl Henrichs a/k/a Charles Henrichs; Leisure World Mobile Home Park Association, Incorporated; Clerk of the Courts, Pinellas County, Florida; United States of America, Department of the Treasury – Internal Revenue Service; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK D, PLEASURE WORLD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1981 DUTCHMEN MANUFACTURING INC. MOBILE HOME, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER D3649121A.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
