NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 13, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-004239-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-KS2 is the Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF ROBERT LOUIS MALCOM, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT LOUIS MALCOLM, DECEASED; PATRICIA ANN MALSBERGER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

THENCE FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE NORTH 00° 17' 33” W, 104.36 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89° 27' 30” E, 133.71 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00° 17' 33” E, 104.36 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 27' 30” W, 133.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. ALL LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
