Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Plaintiff, and CHAVANNES SIMON, an individual; ROSE SIMON-SAINT VIL A/K/A ROSE SIMON SAINT VIL A/K/A ROSE SIMON-SAINT VIL, an individual; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as unknown tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants, Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the online auction www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on the 31st day of January, 2017, the
following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
