NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing by the Town of Oakland Commission will be heard on the following ordinance at the following time and place:
ORDINANCE NO. 2016-15
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF OAKLAND, FLORIDA, PROHIBITING THE GROWING, CULTIVATION, PROCESSING AND SALE OF MARIJUANA, AND PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, CODIFICATION, SEVERABILITY AND FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
DATE: October 25, 2016
WHERE: Town Meeting Hall, 221 N. Arrington Street, Oakland, FL
WHEN: 7:00 P.M.
All hearings are open to the public. Any interested party is invited to offer comments about this ordinance at the public hearing or in writing to the Town of Oakland, PO Box 98, Oakland, FL 34760, or by e-mail to [email protected]. A copy of the ordinance can be inspected at the Town Hall. Any party appealing a decision made at a public hearing must ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the evidence and testimony that is the basis of the appeal.
The time and/or location of the public hearing is subject to change. Changes are announced at the scheduled hearing. Notice of any changes will not be published or mailed.
